Expert Fire Damage Property Restoration

How your property is restored is determined by the type of fire and the type of damage that has occurred. Restore and Clean carefully evaluates the site and determines a plan of action. Our fire damage restoration team are certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and have the latest training and equipment to return your property to its pre-loss condition.

This usually begins with securing the property to prevent further damage until repairs can begin. Next, we remove all fire-damaged items. These items are carefully packed and stored until you are ready to receive them again. Meanwhile, we address any structural damage. The structure is dried, if needed, rebuilt, and deodorized.

Following the remediation., now comes the re-building process. For example, drywall, texturing and painting, roofing, windows, cabinets and flooring are things that we typically handle in-house. Alternatively, we typically bring in our restoration contractors to install, electrical, plumbing, tile,  countertops, etc. We work with the same companies on a regular basis and we know they are trustworthy and licensed contractors qualified to repair the damage in a way that is familiar to the insurance company claims adjusters. We are equipped to coordinate the reconstruction process in a way that is streamlined, effective and thoughtful in manner.

Small Fires

Smoke and soot often become a bigger problem than fires in instances of small fires. Smoke and soot linger long after a fire has been put out and can cause permanent damage if not taken care of right away. Restore and Clean offers premium smoke and soot removal that will remove any signs that a fire ever happened.

When you rely on Restore and Clean for your fire clean up and restoration needs, you can rest assured knowing that we have your best interests in mind and that we are committed to full and complete restoration while minimizing delays and setbacks. If you have suffered a house fire, call us for immediate assistance. Our technicians are standing by 24 hours a day so that we can be there when you need us most!

Three steps to follow after a fire emergency:

  1. As tempting as it might be, do not attempt to clean the affected areas that are covered in ash.  Traditional cleaning methods with will spread the ash around as it penetrates into porous materials. In short, leave this to the professionals; consumers and building managers often just make the cleanup and restoration project more cumbersome in our experience

  2. Connect your insurance adjuster directly with the companies you plan to conduct the restoration campaign. Insurance adjusters are picky about whom they work with and if you not careful you could end up in a bind.

  3. Call a reputable restoration company to start the process back to normalcy.
